Rule 26
Operation of Council's Funds and Accounts
(1) The amount received in the fund of the council should be deposited in a commercial bank account. But at one time the amount of up to five thousand rupees can be deposited in a small cash fund and spent.
(2) The operation of the accounts of the council shall be by the joint signature of the chairman and the treasurer. In the absence of one of the president or the treasurer, the account of the fund shall be operated as determined by the council.
